Uzumaki Naruto

Naruto is the mischievous orphan of the Hidden Leaf village. A demon fox spirit has been sealed inside him so most of the adults of the village are scared of him and tend to avoid him. And so, Naruto craves attention and affection. He also likes cup ramen and hates the 3 minutes he has to wait after he puts the ramen in hot water. His dream is to become greater than the Hokages and make all the villagers recognize his existence.

Yakushi Kabuto

Kabuto is a Genin level ninja entering the Chuunin exam for his 4th year straight, or in his 7th attempt at becoming a ninja. He greets the 9 rookie Genin at the start of the Chuunin to give them a heads up on the competition.

Yamanaka Ino

Ino has a tendency to always pick on Sakura, which usually involves her throwing herself at Sasuke in Sakura's presence. She is a Genin level ninja participating in the Chuunin exam, and uses Ninpou ShinTenShin no Jutsu (Mind Transfer Technique) to take control of her victim's body for a brief period of time. Her team sensei is Sarutobi Asuma and her teammates are Shikamaru and Choji.

Yuuhi Kurenai

Kurenai is a Jounin level ninja and the leader of Team 8 (Shino, Kiba, and Hinata).

Zaku Abumi

A Genin level ninja on the Hidden Sound Village team in the Chuunin exam. He was sent by Orochimaru to kill Sasuke. He can control air pressure.
